We welcome dogs at Scribbles and each have one of our own whom often greet our customers! Emma, who walks Deb and Joe, is our resident affectionate chocolate lab who signed on back in 1999. Oldham, the handsome Bernese Mountain dog who comes with Jenny, began greeting in 2007.  Luna joined at the end of that same year, Jane’s jaguar brindled pup.

Emma   Hi, I'm Emma. I will greet you at the door, give you kisses and lots of love. I sell beautiful custom beaded collars and all sorts of wonderful toys for your furry friends. I have to say my favorites are the Bodhi toys....they have a gentle squeak and as hard as I try, I cannot chew them up.

Oldham   Hi There! My name's Oldham, but you can also call me Fuzzy Lumpkins or Oldypants, I really like all three. I'm a Bernese Mountain Dog, which means that I'm just a big old love bug of a bear, or at least that's what my mommy Jenn says. I'm a bit of a kleptomaniac and when no one' s looking I've managed to get my paws on almost every dog toy my family sells. I call it "product testing". I'm only a puppy (even though I'm really big!) so I may nibble on your gloves and fingers - if you come in to see me at work I'll probably greet you right at the door. If I'm not there i might be sleeping somewhere inconvenient . . . like in front of the cash register, that's one of my favorite spots. Come pet me soon! I may even show you my belly . . .
